New front page look
I've just updated the tprime.net main page with something very simple that I coded last night, a gnome-ey, desktop-esque navigation system. Tell me what you think, possibly more design to come to make it look more desktopy. Best run in 1280x1024 resolution.

dc734 meet, and tomorrow
Finally, something to blog about. Tonight was alot of fun, due to the decision to hold this months DC734 meeting tonight, 2 days before defcon starts. This month's topic was particularly interesting, a demonstration of the practical applications of lasers to the automotive industry and the military, among others. Someone brought in a very large, bazooka-esque laser, and coupled it with some modelling software on his laptop to render objects found around the loft. An excellent and interesting presentation overall. Unfortunately, I had to take off pretty early, to get home and packed for the flight out to las vegas tomorrow for the conference. I spent the remainder of this evening doing that, and getting dennis' laptop configured and ready for the conference, which included tinkering around with fluxbox for an hour or two, but its all ready to go as I type this on it now. Many blog updates and pictures to follow as I begin my pilgrimage to sin city. 'night.

Primechan is go!
After messing with it all day, I finally managed to get the 4chan style imageboard working, suitably named PrimeChan. It takes advantage of the trevorchan imageboard script. Go post! Shot at 2007-07-19 More to come....

Updates

Since the site's only been up for several hours so far, I've only managed to get several things up and running, those two being this blog and an image gallery using a script I find very lightweight and easy on the eyes, picKLE. Both of these can be accessed through the main page. Once I get home tomorrow, I'll be able to put up a bit more content, with any luck. Here are some things to look forward to in the future:

-4chan style anonymous image board

-More complete wordpress

-Projects section, etc
